Re-assessor now examining new construction

The “reassessment guy” will be in the county during the next few weeks to examine and assess new construction completed between October and December 2022, according to Amelia County Master Commissioner of the Revenue Laura Walsh. His name is Toby and he will be driving a white, four-door SUV with a “County Reassessment” sign on the side, she advised.
