Jan. 25 - Open meeting on the Amelia County Public Schools' budget with District 5 School Board Member Mike Reid and District 5 Supervisor Frank Harris at 7 p.m. at the Terrapin Neck Grange on Richmond Road.
Jan. 28 - Musical benefit for Lillie Rae Russell at Hope Chapel from 6 - 9 p.m. featuring music by Sandy Creek Gospel Bluegrass, No Limits and Anthony "Wop" Mercadante. Admission is $5 per person and door prizes will be awarded.
